We do not employ a first come first leave daily service. Each employee is interviewed for experience, certifications and skills before being put on-call. This allows us to quickly and effectively match the best labourers to the job. We are constantly interviewing and building our skilled workforce.
We follow up with each client to ensure they are satisfied with the labour they received. Employees who get positive reviews receive pay-raises.
We have qualified labourers from every major population center on Vancouver Island, and many of the smaller communities as well. General labour requests can be met within one hour. Specialized labour within 24 hours.
We administer all standard employee reporting: Payroll Deductions, CPP, EI, Income Tax, T4s, ROE.
We are a registered company with WorkSafeBC, and pay the WorkSafeBC premiums for all of our employees.
We carry a Two (2) Million Dollar Commercial General Liability Policy.
